  1. Dispute Handling If a dispute arises between buyer and seller, you should first contact the seller directly. If unresolved, contact Samriddhee support within 7 days of the issue.
  2. Samriddhee’s Role We may mediate disputes to help reach an amicable resolution but cannot guarantee outcomes.
  3. Jurisdiction These policies are governed by Indian law. Courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
